“I am here to be seen,” begins a two-part invocation used by the Zulu people of South Africa to greet each other. “I see you,” goes the response. Veteran eye-gazing party leader Christina Berkely  offered those who are single and looking an evening’s reprieve from OKCupid profiles and mindless chatter at their local bar to join a new adventure in wordless intimacy. The results were sweet and surprising.
