Nina Lorez Collins Narrative Medicine Presenter

Nina Lorez Collins is a Brooklyn Heights-based graduate of Columbia University’s Narrative Medicine program and co-founder of Narrative Medicine Partners. She currently serves as a consultant with Maimonides Medical Center, where she’s helping to develop an Empathy Curriculum for residents and leads groups on reflective writing and communication skills. A former literary agent, Nina is also a writer, a certified Life Coach, and a trained hospice worker.

At The Brooklyn Cottage, Nina will be facilitating–with Lynne Mijangos—a Narrative Medicine workshop in January 2014.
