KAMBI GATHESHA  is a Harlem-based actor, choreographer, and writer/scholar with a longstanding interest and engagement with African and Diaspora history and politics; the history of race in America, and performance history. As an actor, he has appeared at Signature Theatre Center, Pearl Theatre Company, and Classical Theatre of Harlem. His writing has been featured in the Columbia Political Review.  On January 21, 2015, Kambi conceived and organized The Brooklyn Cottage panel discussion After Ferguson: Where Do We Go From Here?
